TOMODACHI Alumni Regional Framework: Hokkaido Regional Event ”Growth Mindset Seminar”

On May 18, 2024, a workshop on “Growth mindset” was led by alumni Hitomi Shinada, as part of the Hokkaido Regional Event.

The seven participants shared their recent interests with one another through the open discussions, learned about two types of mindsets, namely “growth mindset” (= comparison between your past self and current self) and “fixed mindset” (= comparison between yourself and others).

Iori Matoba, an alumna participated from Obihiro city, commented, “I would like to participate again if there is any opportunity like this.”
