TOMODACHI MetLife Women’s Leadership Program Network to Success

Putting that adage to the test, the TOMODACHI Metlife Women’s Leadership Program mentees and mentors gathered on December 6 to practice networking skills to enhance their careers. Beyond an exchange of business cards, this networking session focused on strategies for breaking free of comfort zones to cultivate two-way relationships that yield professional dividends beyond the cocktail reception.
