Texas Regional Event Report

On Saturday, November 29, 2025, TOMODACHI Texas Region had an alumni event at the Memorial City in Houston, TX.  The event was attended by four alumni in the Region, some traveled from San Antonio, TX.  The new Regional Representative, Utana Umezaki said it was a great event and became a good start for the region.

During the event, participants talked a lot about the U.S. and Japanese culture and education. Momoko Tajima, who recently moved to Texas after serving as a Regional Representative for the Kansai Region, kindly served Matcha after lunch, and they tried Origami.
