2014-2015 TOMODACHI Bridging Scholarship
The United States-Japan Bridging Foundation (USJBF) has announced the 74 recipients of their 2014-2015 Bridging Scholarship, the TOMODACHI Initiative is supporting ten scholars with stipends to assist in making a study abroad experience in Japan more financially feasible. The ten TOMODACHI Bridging Scholars are studying in various universities throughout Japan for the 2014-2015 academic year. The scholars represent a variety of majors including Japanese or international studies, mechanical engineering, anthropology and secondary education.

- J.F. Oberlin University
- Kansai Gaidai
- Kitakyushu University
- Kyoto Gakuen University
- Meiji University
- Oita University
- Shinshu University
- Tohoku University
