Drucker For Future Japanese Leaders (DFJL) 2014
TOMODACHI Initiative will send ten outstanding Japanese high school TOMODACHI alumni to participate in a two-week program at Claremont Colleges, located in the suburbs of Los Angeles, California. The students will participate in the Drucker For Future Japanese Leaders program, which was founded by Peter F. Drucker, and learn Drucker-based management skills which will be used to design and implement community service projects. In addition, the students develops individual self-management plans that will help them pursue their academic and personal goals. This nine-day program is just part of a longer program offering weekly sessions for the students.
Program and Eligibility Information
Program Dates: July 26, 2014 – August 3, 2014 (9 days)
Location: The Drucker Institute (Claremont, CA)
Eligibility: Japanese High School Sophomores, Juniors, or Seniors who had participated in a TOMODACHI program
Selected Applicants: 10 TOMODACHI alumni
